The Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 FI ABS retains the same design and paint scheme as the previous version. The fuel tank is big and sculpted, with a capacity of 12 liters and 2.4 liters of reserve fuel. The front extension kit features 160 logos, and the split seat with stylish pillion grabrail gives the bike a sporty look. An engine cowl that matches the color of the fuel tank is also available. The headlamp and dashboard unit remains unchanged and two mudguards on the rear wheel protect during rainy seasons.

The Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 FI ABS engine remains unchanged but this new edition gets an EFI (Electric Fuel Injection) engine. This ensures better fuel efficiency and performance. The engine is a Single Cylinder, 4-Stroke, 4-Valve, SOHC, DTS-i and 160.3cc displacement engine that can produce a maximum power of 15.28 bhp at 8500 rpm and 14.6 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. The 5-speed gearbox and wet multi-plate clutch are mated with the engine for better transmission. The aerodynamic shape of the bike allows it to reach a top speed of 127 km/h.
